Reservation and Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations by Customers: If you need to cancel your reservation or booking for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made before 1 Month will be free
• Cancellations made before 15 Days will be half charged of entire stay
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a Non-Refundable

• No Shows: Failure to arrive at the camp on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your reservation, and no refunds will be provided.

Refunds Process

• Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our reservations team at +917499744996 . Include your booking details and the reason for your refund request.

• Refund Approval: All refund requests are subject to approval. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the reservation. Please allow 1 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

• Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you with alternative dates or activities. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
